Do you deliver?

We currently offer delivery within the City of Vancouver. Read more about our ordering processes here.

Can I send your grazing boxes and platters as a gift?

Absolutely! They make excellent gifts! A few things to consider when you do. Please consider dietary restricts and allergies – and notify us in the note section when ordering. Also, although we love being a part of surprises, our products are perishable food items that require refrigeration. Please coordinate with the recipient to ensure that they will be home to receive the delivery.

Can you accommodate food allergies?

Our facility is not an allergen-free environment. If you have a food allergy, we are happy to do our best to accommodate, however, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. For those with serious allergies, we advise against consuming our products. 

Do you offer gluten free crackers?

We offer gluten free crackers, please indicate that you wish to includes these in the ‘other details’ form when you are completing your order. 

How long after I receive my order should it be consumed?

When ordering please indicate using the form provided if you will be consuming our products the same day or refrigerating them overnight. We will include your crackers in a separate bag if you have indicated that you will be refrigerating your order overnight. If crackers have been included inside the box, please consume your order on the same day that it was received or remove the crackers and store them in an air tight container to keep them from getting soggy. If refrigerating, please consume your order within 1-2 days.

Can I visit your storefront and order on-site?

Orders must be placed through our website. Unfortunately, we do not accept on-site orders at the moment.

Where are you located for pick-up?

We are located at 1773 Robson Street, Vancouver. 

What is your cancellation policy?

For pre-orders, we require 48 hours’ notice to cancel your order for a full refund. Any orders cancelled within 48 hours of pickup or delivery are non-refundable. We will accept a date change for an order up to 24 hours before the original delivery/pick-up time. Same day rush orders are non-refundable. For custom orders or XL platters - we require 7 days notice for cancellation or changes.

Are you Food Safe Certified?

Our staff are Food Safe Certified and our food is prepared and packaged in a commercial kitchen.

Is your business insured? 

We are a fully insured incorporation.
